Dr. Bandara graduated from the University of Ruhuna in 2008 and has dedicated his practice to clinical cosmetology since 2016, a field where medical rigour and aesthetic sensitivity must work in concert.
He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Cosmetology and currently practices at Janus Estheti Clinique, Vasen Hospital (Kollupitiya), and Winsetha Hospital (Punchi Borella). He also serves as Deputy Director of Youth, Elderly & Disability Affairs and as Faculty at the Institute of Policy Studies of Sri Lanka.
His philosophy: every treatment decision must be evidence-based, every result must look natural, and every patient must understand exactly what they are receiving and why.
