Dr. Jayaruwan Bandara

Dr. Jayaruwan Bandara completed his MBBS at the University of Ruhuna in 2008, a rigorous medical training that forms the foundation of everything he does. Clinical cosmetology is not a detour from medicine. It is medicine applied to a deeply personal dimension of patient wellbeing: how you see yourself.

He holds a Master of Science in Medical Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Cosmetology (PGDCC), a qualification that distinguishes medically trained cosmetologists from those operating in unregulated aesthetic spaces. Since 2016, he has practiced at Janus Estheti Clinique, Vasen Hospital (Kollupitiya), and Winsetha Hospital (Punchi Borella).

Outside the clinic, Dr. Bandara serves as Deputy Director of Youth, Elderly & Disability Affairs and as Faculty at the Institute of Policy Studies of Sri Lanka (IPSSD), a reminder that his commitment to service extends well beyond aesthetics.
